  • Residential Property Inspection: From $550.00 + GST
  • Residential Property Including Thermal Imaging: From $650.00 + GST
  • Drug test (instant on site test result): $220.00 + GST
  • Tenancy Insulation Report: $260 + GST
  • Asbestos Sample Testing: $220 + GST (laboratory results take approx. 1 week)
  • Travel (Outside of New Plymouth) - Upon application
